Our employment law practice emphasizes commitment and timely, cost-effective service in handling employment-related litigation. We represent employers and employees on a broad range of matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, family leave, severance negotiation, employment contracts, wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and related matters. In addition to our commitment to representing employees in employment law disputes, we counsel employer clients on all issues affecting employee relations. To this end, we work closely with our employer clients to develop employment policies and practices, which foster employee relations and minimize the risk of costly lawsuits.
