BSA and ECB Matters

Mango & Iacoviello represent property owners in the City of New York in proceedings before the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA), including variance proceedings, special permit proceedings, changes in use, and appeals from ruling issued by the Department of Buildings. We also represent property owners in the City of New York in hearings before the New York City Environmental Control Board (ECB), including both hazardous and non-hazardous violations.
